This workflow automates the candidate analysis and response process, providing a seamless and efficient recruitment experience. The workflow consists of 8 nodes, each designed to collect, analyze, and respond to candidate data.
1. **Formulier** : Collects candidate data through a web form, with validation rules to ensure accurate information.
2. **Airtable – Create Record** : Creates a new record in Airtable with the collected candidate data, stored for easy tracking and organization.
3. **Candidate Analysis** : Analyzes candidate data and assigns a score based on analysis criteria, using a scoring system.
4. **Email Response** : Sends a personalized email response to the candidate, using placeholders for candidate data.
5. **Google Calendar – Meeting Invitation** : Sends a meeting invitation to the candidate if the score meets criteria.
6. **Telegram Bot – Notification** : Sends a real-time notification to the Telegram Bot with candidate data.
7. **Airtable – Update Record** : Updates the candidate record in Airtable with the analysis result.
8. **Gmail – Label Update** : Updates the email label in Gmail for easy filtering.
